Choosing XIME, Kochi for my post-graduation was a great decision. It marks my first experience living away from home. The small batch size at XIME is a notable advantage, enabling faculties to provide undiverted attention. XIME is more than just a place to study. I have seen myself grow as a person and professional throughout these 2 years. XIME made me realize the value of "time" and "discipline". XIME made someone who was scared of stages to give back to back presentations and erase the fear. Moreover, It is the people here who make me feel at home. With a background of 10 hours daily work, the decision to pursue higher studies was a pivotal moment. XIME emerged as the ideal choice, proving to be a transformative journey. Stepping in, dancing and winning the first event of XIME Kochi - Talent Hunt 2022 gave me a kick to get involved more into extracurricular & cultural activities. Joining XIME Kochi -made me become the best version of myself. With very little knowledge about the college, I joined XIME and it turned out to be the best decision I made.
They have the best curriculum which improves our domain knowledge and builds up our professionalism. Learning from various case studies was the best part. Once you graduate, you will become amazing in presentation skills. We had a diverse batch from different states and educational backgrounds which made us learn more from each other.
Not just academics even the extracurricular activities are great. We had some amazing clubs filled with activities every week. And celebrate festivals like Onam, and Christmas and have a blast.

My journey in XIME Kochi has been transformative and apart from becoming academically strong, I have found some great friends and Wonderful Mentors.
Some decisions in life are very crucial. And these decisions set the tone of life. Quitting my comfortable job and joining XIME was one such beautiful decision for me. It was a perfect U turn. A plus two biology student who did mechanical engineering and worked in an IT company for 2 years; finally decided to study management. I can proudly say in my entire academic life, perhaps this is the only one decision that I took myself completely.
I never felt XIME Kochi campus was in Kerala. I had friends from 20 states of the country and it was a cross-cultural academic journey. Initial days were really tough. It took a few weeks for me to run with the pace of PGDM life. Time management was the first life lesson learnt here. The First phase of PGDM was more about ‘Knowing’ where we focus on learning the theory of management. The next phase was about ‘Being’ a leader by developing our competencies and leveraging our strengths. The final phase was all about ‘Doing’ where we step out and collaborate with corporates & startups and involve in internships and live projects. I cannot recall a single day in my PGDM life where there was no learning.
Great experiences during my PGDM were not inside classrooms. It was definitely when I stepped out of the comfort zone and took risks amongst the hectic academic schedule. Participating in BRICS Student Summit at China and winter internship at Audencia university Paris were golden days in my PGDM life. Competing with top B Schools in external management fests and winning the competitions built our confidence to fight the world.
All I can say now is a Big ‘Thank You’ to all my professors, batchmates, non-teaching staff, house-keeping chechis, canteen chetas and security staff for adding value to my life.

I started my journey at XIME Kochi in 2017 and I must say that it has been a transformational journey for me. XIME Kochi provides excellent amenities like Library, computer labs, sports ground etc. and at the same time it gives you a constructive competitive environment which helps the students grow and reach to a new level. The course includes not just academics but also real life experience from SIP and Live projects. Placements were really good. Several students also went for off campus interviews and got selected in companies like Amazon, Whatfix, Simplilearn and Urban Company. The current Alumni base for XIME Kochi is also great. Very frequently I come across my batchmates, seniors and juniors who are doing really well in their career and working for companies like Google, Sprinklr, Whatfix, Ather, Salesforce, Cultfit, AO Smith, Cognizant and Accenture just to name a few.
When I took a huge life choice to join XIME Kochi, I was uncertain about my future and on edge about the various difficulties I was about to confront. XIME Kochi gave me the support and guidance to fine tune me personally and professionally. I have started my PGDM journey at XIME Kochi this year and I am highly impressed with the quality of education and the overall experience that the college has to offer. The faculty is well-experienced and knowledgeable, and the curriculum is designed to prepare students for the challenges of the corporate world. The college also has a strong focus on holistic development, and it provides students with ample opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities and clubs. This is my 6th year away from home. But this part of my life here at XIME is the best so far. Why? Because I can see myself learn, grow, and develop.
I feel so much great to be a part of this wonderful family and the institution that gives us plenty of opportunities to learn and empower on a daily basis. The environment, the faculties, the non-teaching staffs, and everyone here motivates me directly or indirectly. There were times I felt low, but yet XIME ensured my mental health was not compromised by arranging therapy sessions.
